Sun Dong, the Secretary for Innovation, Science, and Technology and Industry of the Hong Kong SAR Government; Mr. Shen Nanpeng, the Founding and Managing Partner of Sequoia China, Co-Founder, and Chairman of Hong Kong X Technology Venture Platform; and Mr. Shi Meilun, the Chairman of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd. The release of the Hong Kong Genomics Talent Index 2023 and the launch of the Hong Kong Young Scientists Entrepreneurship Program (HKYSEP) were witnessed by Mr. Poon Wai Yin, Executive Vice President of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Ms. Lo Lai Wah, Associate Vice President of The University of Hong Kong, Mr. Shum Ho Cheung, and others.
